A. General Shooting Sports Risk
Shooting sports are inherently dangerous. Participation involves risk of serious injury or death. Always follow staff instructions and posted safety rules.
B. Sporting Clays Reservations
Sporting clays reservations do not require prepayment. Please cancel by phone or email if your plans change.
C. Hunting Bookings / Credits
Hunting bookings are paid at the time of reservation. Cancellations may be eligible for account credit; we do not refund to the original payment method.
D. Clay Membership – No Refunds
Sporting Clays Membership fees are non-refundable. Unused target balances are non-refundable and do not expire.
E. Ammunition Compliance
Ammunition sales are subject to California law. Ammunition used on premises the day of purchase may be exempt from DOJ background check requirements; off-premises use may require a background check.
F. No Online Firearm Sales
Firearms and ammunition are not sold online. All sales are in-store and subject to eligibility requirements under applicable law.
G. SMS Notices
Reservation reminders may be sent by text for hunting bookings. By providing a mobile number, you consent to receive such texts; message frequency varies and standard message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, contact us at (707)374-5092/ Info@birdslanding.net or follow any opt-out instructions. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
H. No Refunds / Fees / Credits
Except as expressly stated in the Membership Terms or on the booking page, all fees are non-refundable, and account credits (if issued) have no cash value, are not redeemable to the original payment method, and may be applied to future eligible purchases per the Membership Terms.

All activities, sales, and services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including California requirements for ammunition purchases and on-premises use, as further described on the Site.
