Chukar (Alectoris chukar)
Locally common, this large European partridge prefers open, rocky, barren lands. Sexes are Similar. Note the cream colored face with prominent black border. In flight (strong and direct), the reddish legs are visible. Chukars eat grass shoots, seeds, grain, and insects. The male calls chuck-ar.

All hunts include private field, unlimited number in hunting party All birds are planted same day. Reservations and deposits are required. Facility Use Fee applicable.		7 chukar released per gun. Harvest all you can. All hunts start between 9:00am and 10:00am. Facility Use Fee applicable. Reservation and full payment required/limited spots available. Guarantee your own field with 8 paid spots. Bonus: Reserve your own field and we will release 4 extra chukar in your field.
